Emma Sponsors, an intuitive and easy-to-use software for collecting and signing off sponsorship requests, was born. Through Estra's Sponsors portal, the applicant registers by filling out a detailed form with all information about the sponsorship. Estra's marketing department can access the Emma Sponsors platform to review the sponsorship requests received. When marketing approves a request, it is automatically sent to an area manager through Emma Sponsors. The area manager receiving the request can decide whether or not to accept it. If the request is accepted, the form is sent for final approval in management. When final approval arrives, Emma Sponsor automatically generates a set of documents related to the sponsorship agreement and integrates with Emma Budget to go in and enter the budgeted expenditure.
