Background
Trisped S.p.A. is an Italian company operating in the customs, logistics, and international shipping sectors, supporting businesses in managing import/export compliance requirements. Before MyDogana, these processes were managed manually, including checking the customs registry, tracking cases, and managing documentation using non-integrated tools, with little visibility for customers. This approach led to operational inefficiencies, a heavy internal workload, and difficulties in providing timely updates, making it necessary to transform the service into a more accessible and scalable digital solution.
