Pulsar is one of the world's leading audience intelligence platforms, used by prominent brands such as Twitter, The Guardian, University of Oxford, Fulham FC, and Dr. Martens. These clients use Pulsar's software to analyze billions of online conversations, gaining detailed, actionable insights to inform their digital strategies. Pulsar offers advanced features such as sentiment analysis, audience segmentation, and real-time monitoring, enabling brands to better understand the dynamics of their audiences and effectively adapt their marketing and communications strategies.

Project

For the Pulsar project, we developed an integrated platform using the most advanced technologies available. Our team implemented artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to analyze and visualize data in innovative ways. Among the technologies used, we integrated K-means clustering for topic analysis, Spark and LSH for image similarity, and a Solr cluster for large-scale data management. The infrastructure was built on AWS, using Lambda for serverless processing and a Cassandra cluster to manage 24 TB of data. In addition, we orchestrated more than 30 external APIs to enrich data analysis.
